Process Engineer – Micro/Nano Fabrication for ZaO Nanocrystals

You'll work at the intersection of advanced materials, clean room processes, and next-generation detection systems.
Your Role
As a Process Engineer, you will:
* Design photolithography masks and develop photoelectrochemical processes on silicon substrates
* Optimize DEEP RIE processes in silicon and glass
* Characterize materials using SEM, AFM, Raman and XPS
* Present results in internal meetings and international conferences
Who We're Looking For
* Master’s degree in Micro- and Nanotechnologies, Chemistry, or a related field
* 2 years of experience (junior profile), ideally in clean room environments
* Strong technical skills in microfabrication, etching, and material characterization
* Fluency in English and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
