Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a CMS Content Project Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.
Description
Lead the rollout of the corporate website blueprint and manage CMS-related requests from across the business. The PM will act as the central point of contact for the product team and collaborate closely with the Content Lead and global/local teams.
MUSTs Service Requirements
1. Coordinate the rollout of the corporate website blueprint across global and local teams.
2. Manage CMS support requests, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
3. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
4. Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates to Product Owners.
5. Act as the central point of contact for the product team.
6. Use Jira and Confluence for project management, task tracking, and documentation.
7. Strong project management skills with experience in digital or content-related projects.
8. CMS/Drupal expertise.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
10. Stakeholder management experience across departments and regions.
11. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
12. Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Qualifications
13. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
14. 3–5 years of experience in web content management, preferably using Drupal CMS.
15. Proficiency in Drupal (content types, views, taxonomy, workflows).
16. Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
17. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development concepts.
18. Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
19. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
20. Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
21. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
22. Analytical mindset with experience using content performance tools and reports.

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, global environment.
