- Ensure the timely submission of all monthly schedules and payroll cycles, working with finance to ensure timely payments.- Prepare reports and analyses for management as requested.- Manage data processing and document management related to HR payroll inputs, including starters, leavers, and changes in HR systems.- Act as an expert for employee queries regarding payroll and benefits, responding to inquiries on earnings, deductions, and tax withholding.- Support personnel administration activities such as drafting contracts and letters, collecting and archiving documents, and updating internal files and tools.- Handle tax submissions (111/190 & 216/296) and maintain knowledge about tax certificates.- Process L03 Social Security supplementary settlements.- Manage benefits, including processing, payments, and reporting for life and health insurance, pensions, etc.- Process various leave types, perform calculations, and record them in HR and payroll systems.- Oversee staff time and attendance management, supervision, and corrections (TEMPO).- Process bonus and commission payments, conduct checks, and ensure accuracy.- Assist in processing annual salary increases, bonuses, and other payments.- Prepare settlements and calculations related to labor relationship terminations.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Finance, or a related HR field- Over 3 years of experience in Spanish payroll and personnel administration- Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Spanish- Experience with Gross Up calculations- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)- Knowledge of personnel management tools such as time and attendance programs, payroll software, and employee portals- Experience with Sistema Red, SILTRA, Contra@, Certific@, and Tax Agency’s programs- Strong accounting knowledge- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills- Comfortable working with people, handling sensitive issues with employees- Knowledge of CASIA and other Social Security toolsSchreiber Foods is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
