Our solutions are nothing without the installations of specific hardware into customers vehicles. That's why we are looking for a Project Manager (Field Service) to make the installations a success! Please note that this a maternity leave back-up position for 6-8 months.
This is an exciting position which offers you an opportunity to gain experience managing various stakeholders for the operations of an international company.
Here's a little taste of your challenge:
1. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing complex installation projects of our solutions in Iberia and Italy;
2. You will be the ambassador of the Field Service department in your region: presenting key updates to a large number of stakeholders;
3. You will be enrolling and managing third-party installation partners (IPs) in the designated area;
4. Work closely with the sales department in direct sales projects, both in the pre-sales stage as well as during the execution of a contract.
Who are you ?
There is no set route to become an Associate Field Service Manager but to be successful in this role this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
5. 5 years of experience in managing projects with knowledge of project management methods;
6. Experience with customer facing projects;
7. Good communication skills to align with internal and external stakeholders in English and Spanish (if also Italian that would be a plus);
8. Driven self-starter with a positive outlook, a can-do attitude, flexible and thinking outside the box;
9. Ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
10. MS Office software, SalesForce is a plus;
