As an Account Manager, you are the extension of Innova’s clients’ teams and work hand in hand on their marketing, R&D, and sales strategies. You maintain relationships with users and key decision makers through frequent communication and grow the account by creating awareness of Innova’s capabilities. The goal is to not only retain clients but also to nourish and develop the relationship to a strategic level.

Your responsibilities :
1. Maintain and grow existing client relationships : Build and strengthen long-term business relationships within your assigned territory by effectively identifying client needs, addressing business challenges, and leveraging your excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
2. Contract Negotiation and Renewal : Negotiate and secure contracts with a focus on achieving industry-leading renewal rates; identify strategic opportunities to expand account value through additional products or services.
3. Strategic Account Management : Collaborate with Innova’s support team to manage daily client interactions, understand their insight needs and business challenges, and develop tailored strategic business plans for each account.
4. Networking and Relationship Building : Engage extensively within your accounts by connecting with various contacts across client organizations. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and all departments within the company.
5. Feedback and Collaboration : Communicate client feedback effectively to ensure alignment across the company. Represent Innova professionally at trade shows and conferences to strengthen client loyalty and relationships.
6. Insight and ROI Demonstration : Offer innovative solutions demonstrating ROI on a monthly or quarterly basis to support renewal and growth. Train clients to independently retrieve insights and present future trends.
7. Client Engagement and CRM Management : Maintain proactive engagement plans, including regular check-ins and feedback sessions, and document all activities in our CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
8. Sales Forecasting and Achievement : Provide accurate sales forecasts and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Your qualifications :
* At least 2+ years of successful experience in sales, marketing, or customer service/account management.
* Prior B2B sales experience; knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
* Native Spanish speaker with fluent English skills (written and verbal).
