Responsibilities
* Drives the EMEA Channel LT rhythm of business (RoB) and ensures follow-up.
* Helps develop and land organizational execution and changes (e.g., blueprint, employee data management, role excellence, skilling plans, quota).
* Leads executive-level communication with a variety of internal audiences. Optimizes the manager's time by structuring the communication strategy for the business and organizing the daily communications of the leader.
* Functions as the key SPOC for EMEA Channel strategic activities & programs, from strategy to investments to execution, and aligns with key stakeholders.
* Leads in conjunction with stakeholders and the EMEA Channel LT on multiple workstreams (e.g., workforce planning, culture, role excellence, business health).
* Drives team culture and health for the leader by assessing organizational health and leading culture initiatives (e.g., Diversity and Inclusion [D&I], hiring, onboarding), partnering with Human Resources.
* Capitalizes on team strengths, identifies development areas, and strategizes, plans, and executes trainings.
* Leverages key partnerships to drive the agenda for EMEA Channel, ensuring follow-up and creating alignment by providing an objective point of view, synthesizing ideas, and creating action plans.
* Uses knowledge of the leader's goals and business approach to align business activities with EMEA Channel objectives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND experience in Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, or Project Management.
* Or equivalent experience.
* Strong experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects and stakeholders.
* High business and people acumen, with the ability to impact and influence multiple stakeholders including senior leaders.
* Excellent project and program management skills; ability to manage multiple projects, work in ambiguity, and recognize trends.
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to produce impactful materials.
* Strong organizational skills, good time management, and exceptional attention to detail.
* Deep understanding of the Global Channel Partner Sales business, strategy, processes, and go-to-markets, including CSP, MCAIPP, Co-Sell, Incentives, MPL processes.
