They are currently seeking a Stock & Logistics Specialist in Palma de Mallorca to be responsible for the comprehensive management of the warehouse, store logistics operations, and export activities.
\n
The selected candidate will ensure proper control, organization, receiving, sorting, cataloging, and system entry of products, guaranteeing optimal stock availability and contributing to operational efficiency and customer experience. In addition, the role will oversee export processes, international shipments, and compliance with customs regulations.

Main responsibilities

Efficient organization of all storage areas (product and packaging).
\n
Receiving, sorting, labeling, and cataloging merchandise.
\n
Entering products into the system and updating inventory.
\n
Managing national and international shipments and tracking deliveries.
\n
Preparing and overseeing export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.).

Ensuring compliance with customs and international trade regulations.

Quick and accurate preparation and replenishment of store stock.

Monitoring daily inventory levels and supporting export forecasting.
