As an Account Executive for EMSE, you will join Gartner’s fastest-growing region, operating at the forefront of Gartner’s sales function. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing clients. You will own a specific territory targeting emerging tech providers or tech users in the DACH / Spanish or Greek markets.
What you’ll do :
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with organizations new to Gartner.
2. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
3. Manage your portfolio of existing clients, handling renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
4. Convert viable prospects into active Gartner clients, leading sales conversations and negotiations before transitioning new clients to account management.
5. Align with one of Gartner's EMEA markets (DACH, Spain, or Greece).
6. Collaborate with the Midsize Enterprise Sales team to develop best practices and prospecting techniques.
7. Work within a multicultural environment with various languages spoken, including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, and Danish.

What you’ll need :
1. 0 to 4 years of sales experience with a proven success record, preferably in consultative, senior-level B2B sales or similar.
2. High commercial intellect, executive presence, and sales acumen.
3. Strong drive for individual success combined with a collaborative approach.
4. Fluent/native in English plus German, Spanish, or Greek at a native/fluent level.
