At FLY ME TO THE MOON, we are looking for a creative and detail-driven Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our Madrid-based team. You’ll work hand in hand with our creative, strategy and social teams to bring to life innovative audiovisual pieces for some of today’s most exciting brands.
You are passionate about editing, motion, design and storytelling. You understand the pace of social media and how to adapt visual language to each platform. You know when to push boundaries — and when to simplify.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR :
* 3+ years of experience as a Video Editor and Motion Designer (agency or studio experience is a plus).
* Strong portfolio / reel demonstrating both video editing and motion graphics across various formats (social, branded content, storytelling, etc.).
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and DaVinci is a bonus.
* A strong visual and narrative sense : you understand timing, composition, color and sound.
* Ability to adapt quickly to different brand styles and tones.
* Comfortable working with creative directors, copywriters, art directors and project managers.
* Curious and collaborative — you enjoy sharing ideas, testing things and improving.
* Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Edit and animate content for social media, brand campaigns, case studies and creative presentations.
* Contribute to storyboarding and concept development.
* Turn raw footage, photography and design assets into dynamic, high-impact videos.
* Maintain attention to detail and brand consistency across all deliverables
* Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Occasionally support on basic shoots and content capture, both in-house and on location.
* Participate in the creative culture of the agency : feedback, innovation, and always pushing the craft
