Join the #TeamNordexTechnical Project Manager (M/F/d)**REQUISITION ID**:3824**LOCATION**:Tajonar, ES**DEPARTMENT**:Project DevelopmentMY TASKSManaging the interfaces to Engineering and other technical support functions within the Nordex GroupSupporting the project team to execute international projects on-time, within budget targets and with best possible qualityRepresent the Nordex organisation and Nordex values in front of our clients and other stakeholders outside the GroupSupport of negotiations with customers, subcontractors and suppliersElaboration of project specific technical modifications of wind turbines together with other team members like Commercial Project Manager or Project EngineerGain experiences out of running and closed projects for process optimisation and product improvementTaking over of internal improvement projects to optimize safety, performance, and operational costs of wind turbine components and installation toolsCreate necessary transparency with regards to an optimization of cost- effectiveness in cooperation with other departmentsWorks proactively to eliminate risks at Quality, Health, Safety and EnvironmentYOUR PROFILEUniversity degree in Engineering, Technology, Physics or other equivalent educationMinimum 3 years of experience in managing technical topics in complex projects in wind energy sector and/or similar industries/energy sectors (experience with turnkey projects preferable)Experience in disciplinary or functional leadershipBroad knowledge about wind turbine technologiesProject management experience necessary (preferably in the wind energy sector)Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented workingVery good communication skills, strong planning and organizational skillsFluency in English, other languages are an added valueIntercultural understanding, ability to work productively in multitask teams and team player attitudeWillingness to go on business trips abroad on a regular basisNordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
