Our client is a leading multinational company in the Freight Forwarding sector, with an extensive network of land, sea, and air transport solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to attract new clients and expand the existing portfolio.
- Identify business opportunities in air, sea, and land transport.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, offering customized solutions in logistics and international transportation.
- Negotiate rates and commercial conditions in collaboration with internal pricing and operations teams.
- Analyze the market and competition to anticipate trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with operational and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Skills & Experience Required (M/F/D)
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Freight Forwarding sector.
- Extensive knowledge of multimodal transport solutions (air, sea, land).
- Ability to develop business in local and international markets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- High level of English (spoken and written);
other languages are a plus.
- Results-oriented and ability to work under objectives.
- Strong network of contacts within the logistics and transportation sector.
- Availability to travel according to business needs.
