Role Description
This is a full-time, on‑site role located in ?. The position involves driving B2B sales across Norway, Finland, Sweden, and the Baltic region, and maintaining relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. Primary responsibilities include managing the sales process, providing excellent customer service, delivering training sessions to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals. The role also includes strategizing sales initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing the company’s values and high standards.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
* Proficiency in customer service practices to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
* Demonstrated experience in sales and sales management to achieve and surpass targets.
* Capability to conduct training sessions and provide technical advice to clients.
* Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills in Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or other regional languages are an advantage.
* Proven ability to work independently while meeting team and organizational objectives.
* Familiarity with IT distribution and solutions within the UCC, Networking, or Smart Home domains is a plus.
