You will create the legacy of Bacardi and drive the company’s presence and growth in the area. You will be accountable for creating value through driving sales and developing strong relationships with key customers in your dedicated area. Your deep commercial knowledge, ability to develop strategic relationships, and lead a sales team will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
* Deliver key financial targets (NSV, gross margin, overheads, profitability, ROI, value share) versus budget.
* Capture market dynamics and react to growth opportunities in your market.
* Build Bacardi brands equity by leading and motivating a team of Business Managers and optimizing local marketing mix in line with global strategies.
* Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and C&C.
* Maintain updated views of in-market RSPs for all markets & categories through regular visits. Ensure best execution of brand plans with distributors and local trade.
* Ensure optimum distribution and visibility of brands. Manage contracts for distribution agreements.
Skills
* Experience in field sales in a leading FMCG company
* Strong customer focus & negotiation skills
* Strong analytical capability, good financial acumen, and experience managing sales and P&Ls
* Fluent Spanish and English
* Knowledge of local market and customers
* External focus: winning, execution & results
* Organized, self-motivated, confident
* Lead by example, develop & inspire talent
