Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery
Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is highly desirable
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous
