We are seeking talented professionals to join our IT Trading Team and support the development and automation of critical processes.
Key Responsibilities
**Process Digitalization**: Automate non-structured processes and tasks, enhancing efficiency across the department.
**Task Automation**: Streamline manual workflows to reduce operational burdens.
**Technology Implementation**: Integrate cutting-edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and algorithms to enhance decision-making and forecasting capabilities.
**Solution Development**: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to design and develop solutions that drive digital transformation in Trading.
**Tech Evolution & Advisory**: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, advising on innovations that can enhance trading processes and add value.
What You Bring to the Team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in physics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT project development and implementation.
Proficiency in Power BI, data analysis, and relational databases (SQL).
Expertise in Python development, including libraries like Numpy, Pandas, and Matplotlib for data manipulation.
Experience with structured data and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Advanced knowledge of Git for version control and API development.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of FastAPI, non-relational databases, and cloud technologies like AWS.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including Docker and Kubernetes.
