We are a company dedicated to the car rental sector with over 50 years of experience. Our head office is located in Alicante (Spain), with offices in popular tourist destinations across Southern Europe and the Mediterranean: Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Madeira, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, mainland Greece, and the Greek islands.
We are seeking proactive, dynamic, and energetic individuals with a customer and commercial orientation for our Contact Centre in Benidorm.
The main responsibilities include:
1. Providing customized attention, information, and booking management for both national and international customers.
2. Offering advice and sales regarding rent-a-car products.
3. Possessing an advanced level of English and Spanish (additional languages such as Portuguese, Italian, Greek, German, Russian, and French are valued). A level test will be required.
4. Having a driving license and own car is not compulsory but advisable.
5. Having work experience in customer service.
6. Holding university studies or secondary school degrees in Customer Service or Tourism is valued.
7. Having a high-medium level knowledge of Microsoft Office and social networks.
