Define, design and maintain test governance across multiple teams to ensure consistent quality practicesLead the automation strategy and roadmap, aligning with development and delivery pipelinesArchitect and implement scalable BDD automation frameworks using Cucumber and open-source toolsDevelop and maintain automated test scripts for UI (Playwright/Selenium), API and end-to-end scenariosIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and manage test execution in version-controlled repositoriesDrive cross-browser and cross-platform testing using cloud test labs and optimize test stability and coverageCreate and maintain test documentation: strategies, plans, cases, reports and metrics for stakeholdersMentor and coach QA engineers on automation best practices, code reviews and framework usageCollaborate with developers, product owners and DevOps to improve testability, reliability and delivery velocityMonitor test results, triage failures, report defects and support root-cause analysis
