What we are looking for:
Technical Product Owner with experience in CMS
Responsible for the software product/program vision and user story roadmap.
Position Details:
100% remote position for candidates located in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver software products, translating product line roadmaps into actionable items (features, user stories) for each squad.
2. Manage priorities and resources within the squad and resolve conflicts with other teams.
3. Oversee release/delivery plans for software products/programs.
4. Create and prioritize backlog of user stories; lead backlog prioritization during sprint planning.
5. Align software with the Product Director, including contributing user stories to program features.
6. Refine user story backlog to ensure stories are ready for development.
7. Support engineering teams, acting as analysis expert and managing dependencies.
8. Ensure user stories meet 'Definition of Done' and 'Definition of Ready' criteria.
9. Guarantee test automation requirements are met.
10. Support country implementations with necessary skills at each project stage.
11. Drive development of decoupled web platforms using headless CMS and modern frontend frameworks.
12. Collaborate with solution architects and DevOps teams on infrastructure, leveraging AWS services like Fargate, S3, CloudFront, and DynamoDB.
13. Implement best practices in SEO, accessibility, structured content, and localization workflows.
14. Maintain documentation, roadmaps, and progress tracking using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Experience with headless CMS platforms (AEM, Drupal, Contentful, Sanity, etc.) integrated with modern frontend frameworks.
* Familiarity with decoupled architectures and frontend/backend delivery challenges.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive delivery under pressure.
* Experience in regulated or enterprise environments is a plus.
* Knowledge of Adobe AEM and/or Next.js is a plus, but not mandatory; understanding of headless content models and frontend integration is most important.
