5–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth or Digital Acquisition, ideally within ecommerce or DTC brands
Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with high budgets
Knowledge of SEO, Affiliates and Influencer-driven acquisition strategies
Analytical and business-oriented mindset with strong performance understanding
Experience leading or coordinating teams
Familiarity with tools such as GA4, BigQuery, Triple Whale or similar platforms
Structured, organised and data-driven in decision-making
Strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
AI-friendly and comfortable leveraging technology to improve performance and productivity
Fluent Spanish and high English level
Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness or multi-market consumer brands will be highly valued
What the job involves
We’re looking for a Traffic & Acquisition Manager to lead customer acquisition and accelerate business growth across international markets
This will be a key role within the Growth team, combining strategic vision, performance and leadership to build a more diversified and scalable acquisition structure across Meta, Google Ads, SEO, Affiliates and Content Influencers
Design and lead the multi-channel acquisition strategy across Spain, France, Italy, Germany and the US
Define channel mix and budgets based on CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC and business goals
Drive acquisition diversification beyond Meta
Identify new growth and scalability opportunities
Lead the strategy and optimisation of Meta Ads and Google Ads across multiple markets
Manage campaigns and budgets with a strong focus on profitability xhfqzwm and sustainable growth
Collaborate closely with Creative teams to develop performance-driven messaging and creatives
Analyse results and turn data into actionable decisions
Monitor key acquisition KPIs and build business-oriented reporting frameworks
Ensure reliable attribution and tracking across the analytics ecosystem
Lead and develop the acquisition team
Foster a data-first, ownership-driven and high-performance culture
Drive the adoption of AI tools and new technologies to improve productivity and performance
