Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive tour generation and sales. You will collaborate with the sales function to ensure alignment, analyze past programs, and develop new initiatives that meet or exceed goals. You will lead performance management and development of the marketing team, designing compensation to maximize productivity.
