About UCAM International Football Academy: Our pioneering program merges academic excellence with high-performance training, following methodologies inspired by Real Madrid, Valencia, and Sevilla academies. Players combine university studies with professional development at first-class facilities, competing in official leagues while receiving comprehensive support (accommodation, transport, medical services, personalized coaching).
The Role: We're seeking management support for the Academy to coordinate logistics, administration, and commercial activities: • Sports administration: federation licenses, documentation, budget control • Equipment logistics: inventory, ordering, distribution • On-field support: match/training supervision, performance reports • Market analysis: benchmarking, trend research, strategic reports • Commercial development: client prospecting, proposal development • Marketing: social media content, promotional campaigns
Requirements: • Bilingual/C1 English (essential) • Degree in marketing, communication, or sports management • Experience in sports administration (football clubs ideal) • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Digital tools proficiency • Multicultural teamwork ability • Passion for sports
