**About Volpak** Volpak**, headquartered in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda, Spain, is the pioneer in the design and manufacturing of horizontal form-fill-seal (HFFS) machines for flat and stand-up pouches.Volpak's customers are market leaders in the food, beverage, chemical, personal and home care, pharma & healthcare industries.Volpak is part of **Coesia**, a group of innovation-based industrial and packaging solutions companies operating globally, headquartered in Bologna, Italy.Coesia has 141 operating units in 36 countries, a turnover of about 1.9 billion euros and over 8,000 employees.**About the Role**:Reporting to the HRBP Consumer Markets Solutions Director (based in Spain), you will act as an engaged and trusted advisor to the local business leaders, assessing and anticipating all the human resources-related needs.You will be responsible to implement and shape the HR agenda by providing support and alignment for some of the main HR topics: talent acquisition and talent management, retention, succession planning, compensation, performance management, and diversity & inclusion. You will be responsible for the full employee life cycle, covering payroll and benefits, Headcount and cost control and Work Council management.At the same time, you will have high exposure to the HR team in the Consumer Markets Solutions division as well as to the Corporate HR team, to assure that Volpak activities and processes are aligned with Coesia’s general strategy and requirements.You will be also involved in strategic projects such as organizational design, workforce planning, talent identification & review, and skills development.Main responsibilities include:- Elaborate and execute - in collaboration with Managers - the people strategy and HR agenda for Volpak, ensuring that business guidelines support the overall human capital strategy; - Execute the employee performance management and year-end compensation planning processes according to Coesia guidelines; - Coach and support organizational change initiatives; - Liaise with employer relations experts to understand applicable laws, regulations and government requirements and their impact on the business, to guarantee compliance; - Lead and implement change management and organizational development projects, in cooperation with both the HR team in the Division and the Coesia corporate HR team at HQ level.**What you need to be successful**:- Passion for the HR function!
