Human Resources Business Partner
Location:

We are looking for an experienced hands-on Senior HR Business Partner, who must be fluent in English and French (written and verbal) to join our offices in Spain, France, or the UK. This role will be responsible for teaming up with key leaders in EMEA to deliver solutions that enable our growth ambitions. You will be working with the EMEA stakeholders to proactively identify and provide value-added HR consultative advice, guidance and solutions that help in the implementation of the EMEA business plan.
What You Will Do
Be a strategic HR Business Partner primarily supporting the EMEA Sales teams, and understand how to work in a global, matrixed environmentProviding sound advice and counsel for organizational effectiveness and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectivesProvide people management support to Sales Leadership in the EMEA region, which includes UKI, META, DACH, North and South regionsGuide and coach at all levels of management on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex employee relations issuesCoach and facilitate solutions for people management, career development, succession planning and retentionCollaborate and partner with HRIS and Operations team to communicateDrive and lead people-focused programs and change initiativesManage and handle additional HR related tasks and projects on an ad-hoc basis
What Makes You An Ideal Candidate
A professional MCIPD/CIPD qualification or European equivalent is desirable.Fluency in English and French (written and verbal)Excellent understanding of European Employment LawsTaking a proactive initiative – a self-starter;
