General Description
The Site Supervisor prepares and oversees on-site installation and logistics activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, managing teams, and supervising contractors. This role promotes a strong culture of safety and quality leadership while ensuring adherence to schedules and process maps. As seniority increases, the complexity of tasks, autonomy, and leadership responsibilities also grow.
Functions:
* Responsible for on-site installation activities on regular projects or parts of bigger projects.
* Organize proper unloading and site logistics
* Instruct the installation team and delegate installation responsibility to suppliers / partners.
* Provide proper feedback about progress and status
* Perform quality checks on installation and the processes
* Create and support a high-quality hand over to commissioning
* Support commissioning during the testing phase
* Organize all site related activities for the project until handover to costumer
* Ensure Health and Safety requirements.
* Monitor and manage project costs under his responsibility, ensure budget compliance, validate expenses, and report variances to maintain profitability.
Profile Requirements
* 2 years of experience
* Willing to travel 90% of the time
* Studies in electrical/mechanical engineering or similar
* Must have the training or ability certificate, as well as present it.
* Not have criminal or police record due to the location of the project.

Languages (level)
* Spanish: native or advanced level
