The main focus of the team is to support the development and integrity of core business applications, the training efforts of system processes, and increase the efficiency of the user population.
Team members need to effectively coordinate with GOS leadership for application support and troubleshooting issues, the coordination of additional training for users, special projects and client transitions to meet department/client needs.Job DescriptionKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESResponsible for one or more of the following:Understanding our business - Demonstrate familiarity with all facets of the companyâTMs business and exhibit understanding of services provided and customers served throughout the networkSolutioning - Document requirements and assist in analyzing and reviewing potential solutionsProject/Client Transition Delivery - Contribute as an active and positive member on project teams and new client transitions, to deliver or exceed project outcomesImprovement & Innovation - Constantly look for ways to improve the way we work and the solutions we offer to our business and our clientsDETAILED ACCOUNTABILITIESCoordinate GOS client transition technical requirement gathering and documentationCoordinate technical assistance between Cushman & Wakefield & the application vendor, when applicableRecommend process improvement opportunities related to the application or client process" document current state process and create future state process documentationParticipate in configuration and change management applications and related transaction processing, reporting and analytic systems with which it shares interfaces in compliance with governance guidelines, policies and proceduresDevelop training documentation and alert user community of changesDeliver proactive approach to GOS team with regard to business process re-engineering, internal control objectives, and best practices to address business needs, identify and solve problems, and enhance service levelsCreate and execute communication plans to improve user adoption and effectivenessDevelop and deliver training programs and communications to improve user adoption and effectiveness of new and existing featuresWrite, maintain, and support a variety of queries and reports including ad hoc requestsActively solicit feedback and recommendations from the user community to determine an action plan to implement recommendationsAdhere to industry standard legal requirements and security policies and ensure complianceRemain educated and up-to-date with current technologies, solutions, trends and risksAbility to work adaptable hours to align with US time zones, when neededJOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Previous ExperienceBachelorâTMs Degree or Professional Industry Designation2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, commercial real estate, and/or information technology3+ years of IT work experience2+ years of experience supporting application systemsOr similar combination of education and experienceTargeted CompetenciesSolid business judgment, collaboration, and critical thinking skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to research and learn new skills independentlyExcellent interpersonal & presentation skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills with technical and non-technical clientsAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines for multiple projectsSQL or similar coding (preferred), advanced Excel, Visio or similar flowchart toolSystem experience (preferred): Yardi#J-*****-Ljbffr
