Do you know how to sell business transformation projects, in collaboration with highly skilled systems integrators such as Accenture, CGI and Cognizant?

And do you enjoy working in an international environment where the partnership business model is a key factor in how you reach out to your customers?

As a Partner Manager, you will have a high degree of autonomy to develop and execute a partner strategy in pursuit of overall company objectives.

The primary objective of the Partner Manager role is to recruit, develop, mature and ultimately drive the business through joint engagements with system integrators and/or solution providers, enabled by a partner engagement model that includes partner selection, certification and incentives, solution overview and best practices.

Secondly, the Partner Manager works together with the Delivery Resource Manager to ensure that software delivery capability meets market demands at any point in time, thanks to the availability of a pool of skilled resources at systems integration partners.

The Partner Manager represents the company to new partners, communicates our strategy and sells our vision.

Once recruitment has been successful, the Partner Manager, individually, with the Head of Sales or with the regional sales team, works with the partner to identify opportunities, qualify them for pursuit and orchestrate the joint pursuit of opportunities.

The Partner Manager continuously plans and executes partner development and maintenance activities, such as joint marketing activities, partner capability training and keeps the partner community abreast of new initiatives.

**Manage the partner programme by**:

- Identifying, assessing and recruiting potential partners.
- Identifying partner campaigns - or other sources to generate partner leads/opportunities
- Developing partner business growth plans to win new joint customers to grow the business, and fill market opportunities.
- Influence partners to promote and recommend the product to the partner's customers.
- Continuous assessment, development and maturation of current partners to ensure quality partner outcomes, partnership expansion and prioritisation of relevant projects.
- Identification of the potential for business growth through strong partner relationships.
- Establishment of a framework for incentives, certification and opportunities for improvement
- and knowledge sharing opportunities with partners.
- Collaborates with internal teams to leverage opportunities that are aligned with competitive intelligence and business objectives.
- Builds and maintains a trusted relationship with senior management leaders of complex partners to achieve strategic alignment and drive growth.
- Understands and aligns partners' priorities, strategies and objectives with those of the business to create mutually beneficial account plans.
- Coaches and challenges partners to transform their plans and strategies around solutions and services.
- Proactively promotes collaboration to drive the business forward and enable other teams to have a greater impact.
- Develops go-to-market and co-selling strategies with complex partners.

**Requisitos**:
**Education**

Master’s degree in economics / business administration or engineering**Experience**
- Deep knowledge of the non-life insurance industry
- Self-motivated, excellent ability to define, plan and execute a program
- Hands-on, front-line abilities with well-developed interpersonal skills
- Significant experience of successfully working with external partners and achieving common business goals
- Experience working in a partner business model
- Expertise within relevant technology and implementation of IT
- Proven track record of executing complex sales process with revenue generation as result
- A passion for sales and working with SI partners
- Exceptional track record of leveraging a partner eco-system to build and close deals in a territory by working across all levels of the organization, from developer to the executive ranks
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Expertise in managing complex service delivery projects is an advantage
