Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri)

Location / Division Specific Information

Located in Spain you will join a dynamic division known for its collaborative and innovative spirit driving detailed sales strategies in a premier environment.

Drive success in inside sales by managing customer relations fostering growth within the customer base and optimizing profitability.


Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a successful sales team
* Develop and successfully conduct sales initiatives
* Analyze market trends to drive outstanding outcomes
* Positively represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at all times throughout customer locations

* Proven leadership and motivational skills
* Strict attention to detail and goal orientation
* Ability to cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment


Education

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferably in Life sciences


Experience

* 5 years of sales experience preferably in the research laboratory industry.
* Prior management experience preferred
* Proficient in English in word and writing


Knowledge Skills Abilities

* Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication and presentation skills and capable of delivering excellent customer service
* Consistent record of leadership in establishing goals and achieving results
* Possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet expectations as needed
* Willing to travel to customer locations if needed
