 
        
        From Marlex Human Capital, we are cooperating with an important company focused on Payment Security, located in Barcelona. They are currently looking for a **Team Leader **to join its team, expert in claims processing in the German and Austrian market. 
**¿What will be your mission in the company?** 
Reporting directly to the manager of the German department, you will be responsible for: 
- Tasks organization and daily communication with team managers: definition of work areas, rotation of team members, ensuring compliance with processes, etc. 
- Monitoring of KPI’s set by management 
- Creation, maintenance and presentation of data corresponding to the scorecard 
- Team activity management: control of rest time, management of vacation requests, sick leave, etc. 
- Management, administration and control of daily operations 
- Opening and follow-up of tickets 
- Optimization and continuous updating of the Intranet 
- Identify possible improvements in processes and reporting 
- Human resources management of team members 
- Participate in the team's own selection processes

- Intensive Fridays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm - rotating according to schedule
