your functions
As a Senior Integral Buyer, you will take ownership of the Mechanical Components commodity, focusing on high-impact parts such as Yaw Gears, Cranes, and HSS Couplings. Your core responsibilities will include:
Strategic Implementation: Defining and executing advanced regional and global commodity strategies that align with the overarching procurement roadmap.
Full Sourcing Lifecycle: Managing the end-to-end sourcing process, including demand analysis, RFIs, RFPs, advanced negotiations, and final supplier awarding.
Market Intelligence: Identifying and developing global supplier markets and regions for sub-commodities and services across various business units.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Building a communicative purchasing network by maintaining close contact with internal partners and external suppliers to recognize market developments.
Technical Synergy: Analyzing and discussing technical specifications in close cooperation with cross-functional teams and demand owners

To make a difference in this role, you should bring a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen:
Education: A Master¿s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in procurement with a proven track record, preferably within a global organizational structure.
Specialized Knowledge: A strong understanding of international contract law, project management, and strategic sourcing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, e-tendering tools, and a deep understanding of S2C (Source-to-Contract) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead advanced international negotiations and manage diverse teams.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is a significant advantage.
