Job title: (Junior) Data Engineer / Process Manager (m/f/x)

You will be part of our Post-Sales Organization and play a key role in implementing smart, scalable automations for both internal teams and external clients. You will work in the intersection of project management and implementation – both interacting directly with internal stakeholders to define user stories, as well as implementing these using for example small JavaScript/Python scripts or Power Automate. You will optimize processes — focusing on all customer touchpoints, from initial onboarding to interactions with our Customer Success teams and Support Operations — and contribute directly to driving digital transformation at osapiens.
Responsibilities
* Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications (user stories) ready for implementation
* Independently implement these requirements by using scripting languages (JavaScript/Python) and/or configuring automations (e.g., using Power Automate)
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our automation strategy within the Customer Success environment – to increase efficiency while ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction
* Support the development and enhancement of system configurations to improve customer-facing operations
* Support the Change management process, by efficient expectation handling and clear communication to internal stakeholders
* Analyze existing processes, enable data driven decision making, and manage optimization projects
* Lead and coordinate small-scale projects to implement digital solutions
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in a technical or technically-oriented field (e.g., Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or similar)
* Programming skills in JavaScript and/or Python, and a sufficient understanding of programming logic
* Experience in project management, ideally in a technical environment
* Very good communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions to people with different levels of technical understanding
* Self-driven and motivated, with a structured and independent working style
* Strong affinity for working with data and confident in data analysis
* Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate or CRMs)
* Fluency in English; German skills are an advantage
