About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Center & Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team in Llanera, Spain. The idóneo candidate will bring hands-on experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure management, networking, and end-user support, with strong troubleshooting abilities across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
This role involves ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of our IT systems, supporting hardware and network operations, and contributing to automation and optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-level IT support for hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
- Manage and optimize data center operations, including rack deployment, cabling, and server lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot and maintain network devices (routers, switches, fiber optics, structured cabling systems).
- Diagnose, repair, and replace servers and IT hardware components.
- Configure and maintain virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox).
- Support CI/CD infrastructure and mobile device management in development environments.
- Implement and monitor system backups and recovery processes.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, including the secure handling of data-bearing devices.
- Contribute to automation projects using Python, JSON, and YAML.
- Maintain documentation and asset inventory to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in data center operations (AWS, ZT Systems, or equivalent environments).
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (Ethernet, fiber optics, OTDR testing).
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and high-volume issue resolution. xsgfvud
- Familiarity with VoIP systems, authentication services, and enterprise IT support.

- Google IT Support
- CSFPC Cyber Security Foundation
- Azure AZ-900
- CompTIA Security+ (in progress)
- CCNA (in progress)
