- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service standards and increasing revenue
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high performance levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Support the creation and implementation of innovative menu concepts and promotional activities
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, making recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations and guest satisfaction
- 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Solid understanding of food and beverage industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- Food Safety Certification required
- Fluency in English and Spanish language.
