Smart Factory and ERP Systems Transformation Leader We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the transformation of our industrial sector, focusing on plant digitalization and corporate digital applications. Key responsibilities include: Leading industrial digitalization projects, encompassing Smart Factory solutions, IT/OT integration, and process and MES system automation. Analyzing operational data to identify trends and proposing improvements based on Lean methodologies. Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (IT, operations, production, maintenance). Participating in ERP integration and migration projects, particularly SAP. Evaluating new technologies and digital solutions applicable to the industrial environment. Serving as a Project Manager for digital initiatives, planning, executing, and overseeing continuous improvement projects. Required skills and qualifications include: Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunications, Industrial Organization, or similar field. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial environments leading digital projects. Experience in managing enterprise applications and Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 solutions.
