This role involves support and maintenance of primary clinical data acquisition systems, including:
ACQUIRE CLINICAL, a suite of Medidata 15 products including iMedidata, Rave, and CoderTrialGrid system, used to check clinical study builds for ACQUIRE CLINICALMedidata regularly releases new versions of its products, which require assessment for impact regarding availability, maintenance, security, or interfaces. Necessary IT changes include updating validation documentation and conducting IQ/OQ testing. Changes may also be driven by user requirements or as projects, involving typical project management activities.TrialGrid releases new versions periodically, requiring impact assessment. Internal user access management (granting, revoking, changing) and periodic reviews of systems are also part of the role.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (minimum) in computer sciences or similarExperience with computerized system validation and testingExperience with project management, IT change management, and access managementExperience with incident management (ITIL) is preferredExperience with Medidata products (iMedidata, Rave, Coder) is preferredExperience with TrialGrid is preferred3 or more years in the pharma industry is preferredExperience with Clinical Development is a plus.All positions require a high level of English (at least B2).
