Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Iberia unit within Stryker’s Joint Replacement division, steering sales, marketing and implementation programs to grow market share and profitability. You will manage a regional team, coordinate cross-functional support, and drive strategic initiatives with direct P&L responsibility. The position sits in a high-growth Southern Europe context, offering the chance to shape market strategy and product launches. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver sustainable, data-driven results in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Coordinate sales actions across the country and align with regional leadership - Oversee resource optimization (deposits, A&P, expenses) and information flow within and across departments - Manage resources, personnel, and materials for the area with a focus on efficiency - Maintain high product knowledge of CMF portfolio and related techniques - Monitor pricing policy, authorize discounts, and manage price adherence - Prepare monthly sales evolution reports for CMF Director and respond to market changes - Lead the sales force and support product launches at national level - Coordinate, distribute, and logistics management of product kits and deposits - Deliver and adjust marketing and strategic plans (3–5 years) to meet growth targets - Ensure effective budgeting and financial accountability (P&L, margins, costs) - Promote waste segregation and compliance within the department - Represent the company in negotiations and customer-facing interactions - Drive fundraising of market share growth and development of strong sales teams - Foster cross-functional collaboration and performance management across teams - Travel readiness to cover Spain & Portugal to support field activitiesResponsabilidades - 10+ years of commercial experience (marketing and sales) - Proven experience as Commercial/Division Business Unit Leader or Regional Sales Manager in medical devices - Direct selling experience and knowledge of key opinion leaders and competitors - Fluent in English and Spanish;
