Are you the next Senior Construction Project Manager for H&M?
Job Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and organize construction projects professionally, adhering to routines, policies, guidelines, and legislation. Prepare and present budgets and business cases, monitor costs and suppliers, drive tendering and contracting, and coordinate design, execution, and logistics. Ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
* Identify, plan, lead, and execute HVAC projects with external service suppliers.
* Implement BMS systems to regulate energy consumption.
* Ensure contractors and partners comply with the Code of Ethics and Conduct.
* Build stores according to specifications, instructions, and interior design standards.
* Maintain health & safety standards.
* Coordinate communication between departments regarding project planning and execution.
* Manage investment budgets and monitor investments.
* Liaise with authorities for permits.
* Oversee the handover process with landlords and contractors.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and compliance.
* Review HVAC proposals and solutions critically.
Qualifications and Competencies:
* Passion for sustainability, aiming for CO2 positivity.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
* Strong prioritization skills under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, understanding business needs.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field (asset).
* Project Management certifications (highly desired).
* At least 5 years of experience in construction or real estate.
* Experience managing external suppliers and contracts.
* Good understanding of HVAC and construction risks and opportunities.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus.
