While prior experience in the FX sector is not mandatory, we highly value proactive individuals who are eager to learn and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment. /ppbKey responsibilities /b /pp· Support analysis of FX business processes and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. /pp· Assist Product Owner and dev team in backlog refinement and prioritisation. /pp· Run functional tests and validate releases to ensure production stability. /pp· Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making. /pp· Support or perform Scrum Master-related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery. /ppbRequirements /b /pp· Native or fluent Spanish (mandatory) and professional-level English. /pp· Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments. /pp· Demonstrated ability to write clear, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria. /pp· Proactive attitude with strong ownership and effective stakeholder communication skills. /ppbValuable experience (nice to have) /b /pp· Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. /pp· Experience in FX, payments, cash management or other transactional financial solutions. /pp· Hands-on experience working with APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, API consumers). /pp· Experience defining contracts, error handling and non-functional requirements for APIs. /pp· Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman. /p
