Responsibilities
* Experiencia en levantamiento y rediseño de procesos (AS-IS / TO-BE).
* Conocimiento de mejores prácticas de la industria y de benchmarking operativo (life sciences).
* Capacidad para identificar y entender las necesidades del cliente final.
* Conocimiento de Customer Journey Mapping y diseño de procesos centrados en el usuario.
* Aplicación de metodologías de mejora continua para aumentar la eficiencia.
* Comprensión profunda de procesos como: Atención al cliente, Soporte técnico y funcional, Gestión del conocimiento, Contratación/alta de servicios, Procesos de garantía, Analítica de servicio y performance
* Habilidad para detectar pain points, ineficiencias y oportunidades de automatización o simplificación.
* Capacidad de identificar actividades que generan valor real para el negocio y el cliente.
* Pensamiento crítico y proactivo para priorizar iniciativas con impacto tangible.
Conocimiento de Salesforce
* Experiencia en Service Cloud (casos, colas, omnicanalidad, knowledge, etc.)
* Manejo de functionalities relacionadas con Customer 360, Einstein Analytics, Customer Data Platform (CDP).
* Entendimiento de cómo configurar, optimizar y adaptar Salesforce a procesos de negocio complejos.
