Business Development Manager, up to €60,000, car/car allowance + 15% revenue based bonus
We are seeking a self-motivated, commercially minded and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across Italy, Spain and Western Europe.As Business Development Manager you will:Represent the brand in a professional, proactive and ethical manner, aligned with core valuesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including RFP responses and contract negotiationsDeliver revenue and growth targets aligned with annual business objectivesDevelop and execute your own territory strategy and business planMonitor and analyse sales performance, taking corrective action where requiredConduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to refine sales approachExperience required as a Business Development Manager:
Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the printing industryStrong commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate effectively beyond priceWillingness to travel extensively across the territory, including overnight and international travel
