Your Mission

As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will assist the Boutique Director to develop and optimize the boutique's performance and profitability by managing the boutique team and ensuring excellence in both boutique operations and client service.


How Will You Make an Impact?


Team Management & People Development

* Under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, design the optimum organization, recruit the right profiles and proactively manage the talent pipeline. Drive performance and compensation management, ensure people development (career committees, mid‑year discussions, training & development plans), motivate and reinforce engagement.
* Responsible for the integration and training of new team members.
* Ensure day‑to‑day management, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team.
* Ensure day‑to‑day management of the Care Service team.
* Assist the Boutique Manager to optimize boutique performance and profitability, notably through breaking all boutique targets into monthly, daily and individual targets.
* Assist the Boutique Manager to monitor boutique KPIs.


Boutique Performance Management

* Assist the Boutique Manager to make a diagnosis based on solid performance analysis, review of competencies and environment to define action plans to achieve Maison, boutique and category sales targets.
* Lead the implementation and monitoring of the action plans.


Boutique Operations & Administration

* Responsible for the back office and administration of the boutique.
* Ensure the execution and delivery in time of all boutique reports.
* Oversee boutique expenses.
* Implement group, Maison and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines.


Client Relationship & Portfolio Development

* Assist the Boutique Manager to ensure a unique and highly professional client service within the boutique.
* Assist the Boutique Manager to implement and monitor the ROI on CRM programs and actions.
* Act as an Ambassador of the Maison and support the Boutique Manager to build direct contact with VIPs.
