Within the AWS WW Commercial Sales (WWCS) organization, the Sales Strategy and Operations team supports Leadership, Sales, and Operational teams in achieving organizational objectives, driving continuous improvements in field productivity, and delivering run the business (RTB) cadences. AWS is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join the Global Sales Strategy & Operations team in Europe North. This role combines hands-on analytics with operational excellence to support Sales Leaders and their teams, maintain business health, and drive data-informed decisions across the region. You will analyze complex datasets from multiple sources and deliver monthly reports and specialized business analyses that directly impact decision-making processes.

Supporting Europe North Sales teams with territory analysis and operational activities
Key job responsibilities Data Analysis & Insights – Conduct comprehensive analysis of diverse datasets to uncover meaningful business insights
Design and deliver both regular and on-demand business analytics to meet stakeholder requirements
Strategic Planning & Reporting – Maintain monthly health of the business models
Create and manage various financial modeling projects
Extract and analyze data using Excel and other data management platforms
Metrics & Performance Management – Monitor and evaluate existing performance metrics
Identify opportunities for new metrics development
Transform complex data into actionable recommendations
Business Intelligence – Deliver strategic insights to guide business decisions
Provide data-driven recommendations through detailed analysis
Create customized reports to address specific business needs
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
Experience presenting to senior leadership
