We require an Asset Manager to join the Special Situations team. The team specializes in detecting and managing special situations to achieve risk‑adjusted returns by untangling highly complex real estate opportunities backed by premium assets. With over €700m of asset value in our portfolio, we are looking for an asset management professional to manage and report on current projects, handling all tasks related to ongoing project management.

Responsibilities
Overview and address main challenges related to the management of different real estate assets (Prime residential, hospitality, land, NPLs, etc.)
Meet with key stakeholders such as architects, lawyers, public authorities, hotel operators, suppliers, brokers, property managers, staff, brokers, etc.
Assist with the setup of planning of tasks and processes for the efficient management of the assets.
P&L management of every project
Negotiation with suppliers
Preparation and tracking of Capex and Opex budgets and works executions.
Assist exit process by organizing and attending commercial visits for investors, potential buyers, etc.
Regular on‑site travelling
Assist during the exit process of these assets
Prepare BP models in Excel and manage it
Manage asset management financial models to provide best‑in‑class recommendations to top management and C‑Level.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and/or ad‑hoc reporting to investors. (The position requires advanced PowerPoint skills and top‑level presentation abilities)
Report to the Senior Asset Manager and Director
Qualifications
Good command of Excel and financial models (Power BI knowledge can be a plus)
Comfortable creating presentations for a demanding professional audience
Advanced level of English and Spanish, written and spoken
University degree in a relevant field (architecture, engineering finance, real estate, etc.) – ideally a technical‑financial profile
Technical/engineering experience can be a plus
Urban Planning knowledge can be a plus
Big four experience can be a plus
Notable communication skills
A genuine interest in the field of real estate asset management
Minimum 2–3 years’ direct experience in real estate asset management
Interest in sustainability trends (ESG)
Organised, proactive and highly reliable with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Availability to travel (mainly, but not limited to, Balearic Islands and other Spanish locations)
