WHAT DOES A CONTRACTS COMPLIANCE ANALYST DO?
As a Contracts Compliance Analyst, you manage commitments and contracts for BMBV. You are the first point of contact for executing all BMBV global third-party contracts. Ensuring compliance with document flow, delegation of authority, and policies is key.
You report to the Procurement Services Lead and will work from the Barcelona office.

This is your first or second job after completing your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
You are enthusiastic, structured, and communicate effectively in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Be the primary contact for Primos across the company for executing BMBV global third-party contracts
* Supervise and administer contract management and signatures
* Review documents, proposals, and approvals (e.g., BMBV board, payment terms committee)
* Execute documents using tools like DocuSign, Comas
* Maintain a commitments list
* Support or lead training on contract management and compliance
* Archive documents in the global repository
* Conduct periodic reviews/audits and maintain records
* Align with SAP OA and perform conditions checks
SKILLS
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
* Effective in a matrix organization
* Understanding of end-to-end business processes
* Ability to identify root causes and develop solutions
* Organized, able to prioritize multiple projects
* Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to the board and explaining finance concepts
* Proactive, independent, and able to work under tight deadlines
