Key Responsibilities- Design complex architectural solutions in ServiceNow- Conduct technological assessments and develop improvement proposals for technical solutions- Provide user support, training, and documentation.- Support the migration to ServiceNow, including data mapping and process alignment.- Collaborate with process owners to gather requirements and implement improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow architectures- Fluency in English (B2 level minimum);
