For our Liquid & Powder Technologies Division, we are currently looking for a Digital Consultant, responsible for providing strategic advice, analytical insights, and operational support to the Digitalization Divisional Representative and divisional stakeholders. This role involves coordinating various digitalization initiatives and implementing strategies to support the organization's digital transformation.
Main Duties:
* Actively support the Digitalization Head for the Liquid and Power Division in strategic and operational activities.
* Project Management: Lead and support cross-functional projects and initiatives directly aligned with the Digitalization Head's strategic agenda. Develop project plans, timelines, and success criteria, and oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
* Own and carry out projects focusing on digital transformation and innovation within the Liquid and Power Division.
* Analyze business problems and develop potential solutions and concepts including PowerPoint proposals.
* Develop and coordinate strategic and operational business decisions within the division.
* Prepare, moderate, coordinate, and organize Top-Management workshops and meetings.
* Support the business transformation in the division together with initiative leads by setting up KPIs and structure to follow-up on progress (KPI setting, Reporting structure and updates, meetings, milestones, and timelines etc.).
* Cross-functional collaboration with the business, including sales, CRM, marketing, finance, and supply chain, and work with interdisciplinary teams of local, regional, and global stakeholders.
Your profile and qualifications:
* Proven experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business analysis, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
* Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data, draw meaningful insights, and develop practical recommendations.
* Team-player that thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity and embraces changes to the scope of your role, switching between strategic and operational topics.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in financial modeling, market research, and business intelligence tools/software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) is preferred.
* This position reports directly to the Digitalization Head and requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
* Fluent in Spanish and English, further languages of advantage.
* The role may involve occasional travel and flexibility in working hours to accommodate project deadlines and business needs.
