Your missions:
The Financial and Administrative Manager oversees all finance-related tasks for ATISA & Loiret Haëntjens Spain legal entities (main mission) and HR, Facility Management, and IT administrative tasks for the site (secondary mission).
Management
* Establish and implement departmental goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
* Lead and develop a strong accounting and finance team (3 people), fostering a high-performance corporate culture.
* Collaborate regularly with Tereos Corporate Commercial controlling team.
Financial analysis
* Provide valuable financial reporting and analysis to support management decision-making.
* Recommend benchmarks for measuring division and department performance.
Accounting
* Oversee all aspects of accounting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
* Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasts, coordinating with the Commercial Manager ATISA (HOS).
Reporting
* Ensure compliance with external and internal reporting standards.
* Optimize processes, organization, and financial systems to support business needs.
* Develop and maintain the global tax infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulatory tax requirements.
Capital Asset & Treasury
* Manage and safeguard the company's financial and capital assets.
* Improve treasury processes, including cash and risk management.
Audit & Control
* Establish effective internal controls reflecting best practices and compliance standards.
* Manage internal and external audit relationships effectively.
HR, Facility Management & IT Administration
* Supervise personnel administration, general services, and IT support tasks for the site.
Your profile:
* Master's degree in Finance or Commercial Studies.
* At least 5 years of experience in finance roles.
* Experience in people management.
* Strong knowledge of financial processes, norms, and techniques.
* Ability to analyze and present financial data to support management decisions.
* Assertiveness and effective communication skills.
* Organized, with good coordination skills.
* Proficiency in Spanish (essential), high-level English, and knowledge of French (a plus).
