The Role
As the face of our brand, you will guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing personalized property advice and managing client portfolios.
- Identifying needs and prospecting potential leads.
- Organizing and conducting property viewings across the area.
- Handling negotiations, contracts, and professional mediation.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Proven real estate experience is mandatory.
- Deep knowledge of the local property market and regulations.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. Additional languages (German, French, etc.) are highly valued.
- Digital Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools.
- Soft Skills: Persuasive communication, professional presentation, and a goal-driven mindset.
