We are currently growing and looking for a JEFE/A DE SERVICIO O&M EN SEVILLA.
Tasks to be performed:
What will your responsibilities be?
Manage a portfolio of solar plants.
Ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
Provide regular reports.
Ensure that all work is organized to maximize resource.
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
Coordinate personnel assigned to the plants.
Implement good health and safety practices.
Assist with other daily operation and maintenance requirements, as well as administrative activities.
Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets.
WHAT DO WE REQUIRE FROM OUR JEFE/A DE SERVICIO O&M?
Technical or higher engineering degree.
At least 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance (O&M) management.
Technical training in electrical, mechanical, or communications fields.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams, and other software applications.
Good communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High willingness to travel.
Ability to work in a team.
Languages: Spanish and English.
Category B driving license.
International geographic mobility.
