JOB SCOPEThe Sales Executive focuses on assisting the Sales team in driving revenue, identifying business opportunities, and adding value to an expanding portfolio of airport lounge and hospitality services.This role will also support client relationships, contribute to sales initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced airport environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the planning, controlling and execution of all matters related to the running of the Sales Department.Monitoring all aspects of the marketplace, obtain competitor research and report back on all market trends in a structured way. Compile reports on findings to present to Senior Management.Responsible for the Madrid enquiry handling for Plaza Premium Lounges, ALLWAYS and AerotelResponsible for bringing in new clientsResponsible for creating sales reports for Plaza Premium Lounges, ALLWAYS and AerotelSupport the lounges and Hotel with the communication of new promotions generated by local PPG and HQ Sales. Duties to include cascading information to the lounges and hotel.Liaising with key departments in Madrid and HQ and working closely with other sales team (inside and outside PPG) to create synergy and get benchmarkClose liaison with the Finance and Marketing teams to ensure alignment

JOB REQUIREMENTSUniversity graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines, with 1-2 year(s) relevant experienceExcellent Market research practices and techniquesExperience analysing dataStrong understanding of travel industry is a definite advantageHaving strong communication skills and being an analytic decision maker and excellent attention to detailGood problem-solving skills and excellent phone and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.Good command of spoken and written skills in English and Spanish
