We are managing a strategic position Business Development Manage r role for a leading healthcare information systems company with extensive presence in Spain and operations across more than 40 countries worldwide.
This role is key to driving business development and digital transformation projects within the Spanish public healthcare sector. You will lead initiatives that improve healthcare services through innovative digital solutions, collaborating with international teams and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute business development strategies focused on the public healthcare sector.
Assess market needs within the National Health System to craft compelling value propositions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, clinical professionals, and healthcare IT specialists.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing consultative advice to facilitate decision-making.
Lead consultative sales processes, adapting proposals to the specific dynamics and challenges of the healthcare sector.
Coordinate teams to prepare tailored technical and commercial proposals for public and private healthcare contracts.
Support the implementation and adoption of digital health solutions, ensuring alignment with health system goals and customer needs.
Requierments:
5+ years’ experience in business development within healthcare information systems and digital transformation in public healthcare.
Strong ability to manage relationships with high-level stakeholders (CxO) and clinical/technical professionals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (C1).
Analytical mindset to interpret market data and develop effective commercial strategies.
Results-driven, proactive, and collaborative attitude focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
